Hi, I’m Gil Jarus — the designer behind Gilya.

I work closely with businesses and entrepreneurs to translate ideas, values and intentions into clear, visual identities. I’m drawn to early stages, to moments of change, and to projects that need clarity — whether it’s a first brand, a new website, or a thoughtful refresh of something that already exists.

For me, design starts long before colors and layouts. It begins with listening. I take the time to understand how your business works, what matters to you, and what you want people to feel when they encounter it. From there, I shape a visual language that fits — one that grows from the character, needs and rhythm of your business.

When we work together, I’m involved in every step of the process. From concept development to the final details, the work is handled with care and close attention throughout the entire process. I don’t limit revisions, because the goal isn’t to finish quickly — it’s to arrive at a result you’re genuinely happy with.

I guide projects from idea to launch: defining needs and goals, creating a visual direction, and translating it into logos, websites and brand materials that communicate clearly and naturally. The process is collaborative and open — a back-and-forth that allows the work to evolve until it feels complete.

I work with new businesses taking their first steps, as well as established ones looking to refine, refresh or realign their presence. Each project is treated on its own terms, with attention to the small details that make the difference between something that looks good — and something that truly represents you.

Design, for me, is about care, clarity, and creating something that feels considered — for the people behind the business, and for the people they want to reach.
